Test Automation and TestOps SME

The key functions of my role include but are not limited to:• Support the applications front end managed server consoles and the back end admin consoles and to deploy and trouble shoot as required. • Support the QA environments primarily on Red Hat Linux with some elements of Windows support.• Support the internal QA environments and the applications deployed perform installations and maintenance as required.• Application and environment troubleshooting• Support the 4 primary message transfer methodologies used by the message broker. These are MQ Websphere, Sonic MQ, JMS and Tibco Rendezvous• Uc4 Automation tool• Manage Environment Up time• Working with third party technologies such as web logic, apache, tomcat and oracle.

Primary responsibilities involve supporting NYSE Enterprise Software European Wombat Feed Handler/Mid tier and other product solutions, working closely with our client base in London, New York and other locations globally:- Liaising with development teams, both internal and external- Technical issue resolution and explanation of technical issues to new and existing clients.-Software installs and configuration on new and existing customer environments-Assist with customer maintenance of their environments-Working technical knowledge of market data and european exchange platforms-Working knowledge of middlewares including LBM and Data Fabric (WMW)-Working knowledge of Bloomberg Market Data System
