Manage and organize IP & Transmission network provisioning on backbone network.Insure that the productions for company's internal, affiliate or external clients respect quality requirements and engagement delays.• Technical coordination of capacity production requests : . Ensure the validity of orders and the negotiation of realistic deadlines. . Validate the prerequisites for the launch in production. . Initialize requests, if any, to internal contributors in the work-flow tool. . Ensure the conformity of the productions carried out before commissioning.• IP & Transmission Network Delivery Coordinator Function : . Activate and ensure the timely activation of production players. . Coordinate the different production actors (internal and external to the group). . Ensure the achievement of production milestones within the set deadlines. . Provide intermediate and final deliverables through the production process. . Basic configuration prior BGP activation ( Cisco & Juniper)Manage production follow-up meetings with partners and / or process clients.

- technical contact person assigned to few customer ( Leo Pharma and Heineken)- participating on pilot "Agile approach" project - transferring customers’ technical requirements into a quote/order based solution to secure technical order delivery and creating/validating pricing scenarios- providing full technical details as required for the service that is being ordered- ensuring that desired services can be delivered as requested by customer (in terms of availability, capacity, technical compliance etc.)- propose alternative solutions to resolve problems and service availability issues- acting as single poitn of contact for transferring customers' configuration details to provisioning teams for accurate configuration of routers, switches, wireless controllers etc.- cooperating with other teams and entities within organization ( pre-sales and post-sales phase)
