My placement involved developing logic models, analyzing pre-and post-surveys, and refining survey tools for the Carers Program to support the evaluation of social support programs. Evaluations of initiatives like the Men's Shed group included measuring the long-term impact of the programs and assessing health outcomes.In addition, I provided support to participants in diverse social groups, namely the Men's Shed, Dementia and multicultural groups. As part of my effort to promote physical and emotional health, I led tailored exercises designed to increase mobility, improve cognitive function, and engage people psychologically.
