The project formed part of the integration programme of the National Bank of New Zealand and the ANZ Bank in New Zealand. This Project had high dependency criteria associated with it.

The Schools Board of the Archdiocese of Wellington and Palmerston North maintained an on going programme of improving educational facilities in line with the delivery of the educational curricular determined by the NZ Ministry of Education.The role of the Property Manager was to, in collaboration with school Principals and Boards develop a programme of capital works and capital maintenance for the purposes of improving teaching facilities, to ensure WHS requirements were addressed and the preservation of the asset through a programme of capital maintenance. The Diocese had 87 primary schools and secondary colleges located in both City and rural environments. One new (green field site) primary school was constructed and opened and one new secondary college was constructed and opened during this time. Plus the amalgamation of two significant single sex colleges into one co educational college of up to 1200 students.
