Major Project New Sales Manager
Current- Study inquire/tenders regarding to commercial & technical matters document, drawing and specifications of projects specially Major Projects.- Clarify the client’s requirement & prepare final agreement specification/tender.- Calculate required local cost based on project situation and if there are any points different between technical required specs and my product (deviations) I communicate with the factory to do it.- Estimating prices of the projects and company margin. - Create quotations for elevators, escalators and moving walks (financial and technical) and negotiate with the customers.- Write, study carefully and negotiate the contracts with customers till finishing the deal.- Collect payments as per contract payment conditions and make banking bonds (letter of guarantee) if required. - Co-ordinate with other departments (Installation team, Financial, engineering department and Safety) to meet customer requirements and satisfaction. - Meet customers (developers, consultants and main contractors) for presentations, technical discussions and contracting. - Make site survey and prepare site reports.- Reporting and maintain records as per company requirements.- Diagnose problems of installed elevator with technical team.- Maintain sales forecasting reports.
