My responsibilities include monitoring the maintenance contracts for a specific Client and starting procedures for updating and renewing the contracts. Monitoring and facilitating the End-Of-Life procedures and replacing the hardware of the clients systems. Working with technical teams to understand the hardware needs of the client. Working with procurement teams on ordering, hardware modules and new servers. Working with suppliers and the end client on delivery and installing the needed hardware. Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports and sharing them with internal and external stakeholders.

Proposal Manager - responsible for the second part of the life span of a new request.Organizing and facilitating internal and external calls with the technical and financialspecialist of the account. Obtaining internal approvals and finalizing the proposal(combining the technical and financial parts of the internal feedback, making sure that theproposal is following the company and account standards). Sharing the proposal with theclient and following up with them in a timely manner about approving or reworking theproposal. Handles any needed reworks with the help of the account team. Chasing for POfrom the client. After the proposal is approved - Proposal Manager handles over therequest to Implementation team with notes explaining any specifics and/or financialdetails.

Responsible for the initial part of the life span of a new request.Initial validation, organizing internal and external calls with the team and/or with theclient to confirm the requirements. Setting the initial timings for the request andmonitoring them. Preparing (with the help of the technical people from the team) theinitial "Requirements confirmation" document and sharing it with the client.
