As a Director of BCI JV (Bellgrove, Contrado & Infrasol joint venture), I was an integral member of the successful BCI JV bid team that secured the Parramatta Light Rail (PLR) Integrated Contract Management Team contract with TfNSW.I worked on PLR as Senior Commercial and Contract Manager (Infrastructure) developing the PLR delivery team and preparing the Infrastructure commercial team for the commencement of the delivery phase of the project.

My involvement on Newcastle Light Rail commenced following the handover of the project from Freight, Strategy and Planning to Program Delivery and I was integral in the development of the Newcastle Light Rail project to allow the Managing Contractor contract tender to be issued.In June 2016 I commenced the role of Senior Commercial Manager for the Newcastle Transport Program. In this role I was responsible for the commercial and contract management of the Newcastle Light Rail and Wickham Transport Interchange projects.

I was responsible for the corporate commercial management of the Transport Access Program, Power Supply Upgrade and Fleet Projects.My role involved ensuring the implementation of suitable commercial and contract management frameworks across the program.

I was responsible for the commercial management of the project and the management of the commercial team.

As Interface Manager, I managed the authorities, third parties and stakeholders associated with the Glenfield to Leppington Rail Line. I developed, implemented and managed the commercial framework for all the 3rd party agreements on the project.

RailCorp required the assistance of an experienced transport Project Manager to deal with the impact of the Sydney Metro program with RailCorp operations and assets. Following the cancellation of the Sydney Metro, RailCorp retained me to manage the establishment of the Western Express Program. In July 2010 I was transferred to Transport NSW Infrastructure Division to continue managing the development of the Western Express Program.

I was responsible for delivery and contract and commercial management of the civil and rail systems (CIVSYS-1) component of the project on behalf of the client.
