Provide technical guidance to junior team members and contractors, ensuring proper understanding of commissioning procedures and safety protocols.  Collaborated with the design team to create detailed mechanical designs for Mechanical systems, adhering to project requirements and standards.  Participated in design reviews, offering insights to enhance system manufacturability, reliability, and performance.  Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and construction teams to develop commissioning plans and schedules.  Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials required for commissioning.  Verify the functionality of individual components and integrated systems, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.  Inspect equipment and installations to ensure they are properly aligned, installed, and according to manufacturer recommendations and industry standards.  Perform functional performance tests to verify that systems operate as intended under different load conditions.  Document and analyze test results, identifying any deviations from expected performance.  Create detailed commissioning documentation, including test procedures, protocols, and reports.  Maintain accurate records of all tests, inspections, and results, ensuring compliance with project documentation standards.  Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during commissioning activities.  Collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions and implement corrective actions.  Provide training to operators and maintenance personnel on the proper use and maintenance of commissioned systems.  Ensure a smooth handover of commissioned systems to the client, including all necessary documentation.

Implement the Commissioning plan through chairing of commissioning meetings to communicate goals of the commissioning process by identifying roles and responsibilities of all stake holders through scope verification, listing of all Mechanical systems to be commissioned.  Review Mechanical submittals to ensure all information is in accordance with design intent and owners project requirement.  Actively implemented the commissioning management process involving works testing by reviewing design drawings for commission ability, method statement reviews and updating, formulating and implementing commissioning programs, chairing commissioning meetings to coordinate commissioning works of Mechanical Systems.
