Reporting directly to the Vice President - Middle East Africa Asia Pacific (MEAAP) for the safety, operational performance, financial and asset management of eleven (11) jack-ups as well as Country Manager for Saudi Arabia.Responsible for the acceptance and start-up of two (2) new build jack-ups, the reactivation of two (2) warm stacked jack-ups and two (2) shipyard upgrade projects as well as the decommissioning of two (2) units.Seconded to MEAAP as part of a development role for the start-up support of the ENSCO DS-6 drill ship in Egypt as well as the start-up and rig management of the ENSCO DS-7 drill ship in Cote D’Ivoire.Reporting directly to the Vice President - Europe and Mediterranean (EUM) for the safety, operational performance, financial and asset management of six (6) jack-ups.Responsible for the acceptance and start-up of two (2) new build, harsh environment jack-ups as well as several SPS / shipyard upgrade projects.

Reporting directly to the Manager-Operations for the safety, operational performance, financial and asset management of ENSCO 120 Heavy Duty Jack-Up. Previous assignments also included the ENSCO 92 and ENSCO 100 Jack-Ups.Responsible for the implementation of the company’s Safe System of Work including STOP for Supervisors program, Permit to Work System and Incident Investigation including Root Cause Analysis (TapRoot).Responsible for the daily execution of the contractual obligations including MODU Acceptance, Client Interface, HAZOPs and HAZIDs, and Performance Review. Operational experience includes Southern and Central North Sea, High Pressure High Temperature, Extended Reach and Subsea Drilling plus Well Control.Financial and Procurement activities including budgeting and planning, tendering, vendor liaison, cost control, forecast expenditure and scheduling.Asset management including Rig Move and Location Verification, Planned and Unplanned Maintenance, Fabric Conditioning, Class Inspections and Upgrade Projects. Responsible for the Capabilities Enhancement Project ($45M) and Subsea Handling Upgrade Projects on the ENSCO 100.

On return from secondment, designated Project Engineer for all ‘Mobil Drilling’ related projects.Responsible for the Process, Mechanical and Piping Design of the Cuttings Re-Injection Units on the Brent Alpha and Brent Delta.Secondment assignments included Drilling Project Engineer for the conceptual study to convert a Semi-Submersible MODU from an accommodation to a drilling unit, the installation of the Cuttings Re-Injection Unit and developing the Drilling Basis of Design for a new platform development.
