In my working experience, I have had the opportunity to work in multiple roles such as Service Manager, Validation Manager, Technical Trainer, and Service Engineer. In these roles, I gained skills to effectively manage a team as well as work with colleagues and company directors at all levels to deliver a great service experience for our customers. My ability to problem solve under pressure has also been proven in my roles throughout my career and at PFE Medical Ltd where I have been responsible for ensuring we achieved 100% compliance on major installations which were completed ahead of schedule and budget. I am a highly self-motivated individual who loves a challenge, I enjoy training people and watching them grow.
