Since 2001 I have worked as a consultant specializing in facilitation, leadership training, social innovation and entrepreneurship. During this time I have trained, counseled and coached thousands of people in both the private and public sector. I furthermore founded and managed the companies Trivselskompagniet and Johansen & Maxsø.My passion is facilitation. Whether it is facilitating large-scale change, such as Strategy processes and Corporate Value Programs, or single events such as seminars, conferences and workshops, I am always deeply engaged in combining perfect process with outstanding results. For several years I taught at my own school for leaders called ‘Natural Leadership’ based on the modules: Leadership in theory, The Personal Leadership, The Facilitative Leadership and Leadership into practice. I have developed a number of entrepreneurial projects with a focus on providing leadership training online. These initiatives began in 2011 and 2012 with LedelsesTV (ledelsestv.dk), continuing in my work as the co-founder of the online forum HIPI (hipi.dk), and culminating as Partner in Microlearn and COLECO.
