MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Develops policies and procedures required to ensure effectiveness of and compliance with the security portion of the ERP enterprise-operating model.2. Continually monitors at regularly identified intervals standard Lawson security reports to validate sampled security transactions, including valid/invalid login attempts. Quickly takes remedial action where necessary, and leads efforts to maintain the integrity of ERP security.3. Facilitates the identification and resolution of security issues or questions by involving identified BSHSI local system personnel and other stakeholders. 4. Stays actively engaged with the ERP Team Leads as the Lawson ERP system is implemented, assessing potential gaps in security identified between current operations, including the ERP enterprise security model. Facilitates the compliance with the security portion of the ERP operating model, or developing recommendations to revise the ERP operational security model where a change would be beneficial to BSHSI as a whole.5. Works with ERP functional team leaders in Finance, Information Services, Operations, Internal Audit, and other areas to ensure their full support of the security portion of the enterprise operating model, and that the security portion of the operating model likewise fully supports their functional needs.6. The ERP Security Administrator is responsible for the management and maintenance of all Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) security functions, across multiple product lines, multiple environments and multiple product suites.7. Establishes and maintains ERP role based security classes and security service level agreement.8. Meets with BSHSI Internal and External Auditors to provide appropriate security reports for verification and verification of request for security documentation for addition, revisions or deletions of ERP security.
