Initially upon returning to Cabinet Office from the Commonwealth public service, I established and managed a unit providing cross-agency support for implementation of policy initiatives and promoting adoption of better practice in the implementation / delivery of policy. As this position was located in the Cabinet Secretariat unit I also fulfilled the role.

I managed a team of policy staff providing advice to the government on transport and infrastructure related policy, with an emphasis on policy reform and policy advising in the areas of domestic aviation, airports and air services. Oversaw operations of a major GBE.
