Working alongside my team members in Thin films C4 of Fab 24 my job is to maintain the equipment and schedule maintenance with efficiency in mind at all times to reduce down time. Managing the factory floor also to ensure all equipment is running to it's full capacity.In turn safeguarding Intels reputation with their customers ensuring that they receive quality product on time.Working as part of a team to develop and implement and augmented reality training programme to help facilitate training of new hires and to reduce training time for new tasks.Playing a pivotal role on the installation and set up of a new solder reflow toolset for the fab.This required travel to US intel campus for training and returning home to help vendors and trades install and set up the toolset.Further more I was the lead technician who ran a training boot camp to train my peers on the new reflow toolset. this entailed training on Safety , PMs , tool errors , error recovery & product disposition.
