General Manager responsible for running a 43 million pound warehouse in a 22000 square ft site. Managed 47 staff members over a 7 day period. Organised up to 18 vehicles, with appropriate deliveries to customers along with supplying other stores, with a 7 day a week operation. Manages 75k of service and 50k of clearance weekly. Manages the implementation of new incentives and policies that I have devised, in order to improve the efficiency of an ever expanding warehouse

Managed the territory in the Territory Managers absence. Controlled health and safety for 12 stores across the area, which included training all new Store Managers. Supervised new store builds, recruitment, mechanising and ordering, as well as offering first stop help to all managers within area. In charge of reducing losses across the network and implementing incentives within all stores. Supervised territory re-branding form Mobil to BP and trained all employees, including managers.

In charge of all departments consisting of 65 staff. Responsibilities included replenishment, hygiene, code checking, receiving goods, merchandising of displays, control of goods in and out of store, and minimising losses on the shift. Ensured members of staff were effectively managed and delegated jobs to the Assistant Managers / Supervisors where necessary.
