Because we understand all phases of the real estate development process, we are able to craft cohesive strategies from the earliest stages of each project. Our efforts serve to optimize our clients’ decision-making abilities.Since starting in 2006 I’ve developed the following skills:- Development of overall project budget and schedule- Management of projects from initial programming stage to client move- Development of request for proposals and orchestrating the selection process for design, construction, mechanical, electrical, IT, A/V, furniture, move services, and more- Negotiation of contracts and subsequent change orders - Design review- Assistance in selection of interior finishes, furniture, and equipment- Oversight of construction and ongoing design revisions- Management of third party consultants and owner vendors - Providing and presenting project updates to project executives and owner staff, management, and boards- Collaboration of owner staff and project team- Coordination and negotiation with regulatory agencies
