CurrentEngineering Manager within the Customer Resiliency team focusing on debt recoveries. Leading 3 teams of software developers driving Dynamic Decisioning (D2) as well as IDR (Internal Digital Recoveries) initiatives.Led team to deliver major D2 milestone Cash vs. Legal test and monthly exits to legal. First of its kind launch for our org leveraging tech convergence platforms (PD and Tessera) built for dynamic workflow and batch decisioning. Multiple teams in our org onboarded to the same platforms following our launch, reusing the team's integration pattern. Monthly legal resulted in $30MM OPEX saving and 65k reduction of customers facing new legal suits. Led teams to deliver secondary offers, payment return + payment reminder emails. These combined reduced our 40% recoveries payment return rate and laid the foundation for the bank to exit FSA (external debt recovery platform).Hired 8 associates and 4 contractors, meeting regularly with supplier to discuss contractor performance as well as partaking in regular mid year and end of year performance review cycles for associates.Introduced process improvements , e.g establishing on-call rotation where none previously existed & design review process. Led release planning review sessions with team when close to launch and led the call when team faced high sev incidents.Led new 'resiliency rendezvous' and 'CR Learns' initiatives, giving associates a fun way to connect with others in the org and increase sense of belonging and inclusion.
