Consulting ELC through the company's transformation to Agile development and adoption of Lean principles. As a Release Train Engineer and member of ELC’s Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence, my focus is on optimising my programme's delivery of value and coaching teams and leadership on lean agile practices and mindset to provide continuity in ways of working. I actively coordinate and facilitate programme synchronisation events such as PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, System Demo, Cross ART sync, and Scrum of Scrums along with Agile trainings and workshops.

Formed and scaled the first Agile teams for the UK region as the organisation initiated their global transformation. Established and fostered an inclusive and collaborative environment for cross functional teams to lead through innovation and accelerate the delivery of value to the business.

Managed the end-to-end delivery of key strategic projects for the UK region. Project based team assembly, budget tracking, forecasting and RAG reporting.

Built and led the online team overseeing the content, performance, and optimisation of all websites within the MedicAnimal portfolio (10 websites in five languages across six countries). This cross functional team included Web Designers, Front and Back End Engineers, QA and Business Analysts. Responsible for monitoring the performance and usability of the websites across all devices to identify areas for improvement and ensure agreed SLAs are met (utilising tools such as Google Analytics, New Relic, Full Story, Rigor, and Hot Jar)Key achievements:• Introduced a comprehensive Image Management System that allows optimal image quality to be displayed across websites and emails with in-page transformations that best match the size and file type for the relevant device and browser• Managed the development and roll out of a bespoke Free Text Search solution (utilising SOLR search engine) across 10 Hybris sites which increased commercial control for product and marketing teams while allowing the business to move away from using a 3rd party paid solution

Focused on the review and analysis of commercial requirements and provided tech solutions in an agile development environment for a variety of complex projects including migration to Hybris platform, Hybris upgrade, website rebranding, website redesign, and moving to responsive mobile solution.Key achievements:• Migrated 13 sites off five independent platforms to a single Hybris enterprise solution while incorporating regular Hybris upgrades to minimise maintenance and leverage latest feature sets• Successfully launched four full site redesigns and one complete rebranding within 12 months • Moved 10 key market sites to responsive design for optimised mobile experience

Built, trained and managed the direct marketing team for MedicAnimal which extended to include the four additional brands that were subsequently acquired during this period. Responsibilities included areas such as PPC, marketing emails, SEO, advanced personalisation, recommendations, affiliates and cart abandonment

Joined the MedicAnimal team in the early start-up stages (3rd employee) and helped build the initial departments and processes that would accommodate the growth achieved over the following years.Working directly with the founding partners, I helped manage all areas of daily operations including site maintenance, fulfilment, accounts, office management, customer relations and marketing
