After five years, this client base was substantialenough to warrant a European expansion to handle volume of overseas sales.Handled all customer service related inquiries and walk in sales. Built customer relations though an artistproduct endorsement roster.Created and implemented customer promotional packages and incentive programs, while increasing andmaintaining a North American client base.
