Leading, managing and developing the Human Resources department.Support the Company Management Team to deliver HR solutions aligned with the Business strategy and goals.Developing and administrating HR policies and procedures.Responsible for recruitment, performance management, employee relations and career development within the company.

•Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR queries.•Provide support, advice and expertise to supervisors and managers on the appropriate course of action in relation to employee relations issues and industrial relations matters, dealing with both SIPTU and TEEU.•Resolve grievance and disciplinary issues.•Responsible for the annual performance management process for the site which involved coaching of managers in objective setting, performance differentiation, communication computer system super user.•Manage all aspects of the recruitment and selection process. •HR project management of the Bray site closure programme delivering multiple redundancies, outplacement support, job development research, talent management, employee relations and staff consultation resulting in 250 job losses over a phased 12 month period.•Provide leadership to the Training function.•Work with the Transition Forum to ensure colleague engagement during the site closure.•Back-up to Compensation and Benefits Specialist.•Proficient in HR software programs, HR Source/Clockwise/Sage Micropay.

•Providing governance for Training function in combination with the Site Training Council to ensure the training strategy was aligned with business goals.•Implementation and ownership of Corporate Training Standard and local training procedures.•Managing all aspects of training program including training needs analysis, design, development and delivery of training material, scheduling internal and external training events, training evaluation and managing third level educational assistance program.•Active participant on the Corporation’s All Ireland Learning Council made up of the Irish sites’ L&D leads with a view to sharing best practice and developing best in class approach to learning.
