As the AV programmer for the KLM Group my position was to program and document the control systems as installed nationally by the AV Department. Control systems varied from simple Logitec and RTI remotes, to advanced Crestron and AMX systems for boardrooms, auditoriums, training rooms and conference rooms. This involved integrating with lighting systems, video conferencing systems, digital audio processors, matrix switchers, input and display devices.

Working in a small IT team for the Faculty of Pharmacy, my primary responsibility has been the development, distribution and maintanence of a secure and stable desktop environment for all faculty staff and students.
