Part of the team that produced a web handling machine; developing designs and creating full 3D assemblies and engineering drawings for machining and fabricating. Lead in the development of a standardised company conveyor. Part of the team producing a multi million pound fully automated machine. General day to day responsibilities; Designing parts and components and assemblies in 3D and creating engineering drawings with geometric tolerances.

Design of concrete slab laying machines, creating mechanical parts and assemblies in 3D (Solidworks) and producing Engineering drawings; with geometric tolerances, for fabrication and machining.

Lead designer in an automated bespoke machine; operated by compressed air, that populated plastic bearings with steel ball bearings. Driving the project from concept through to testing and development and onto manufacture.
