Instrumental in creating, implementing and managing the delivery of all organic feedstock to support 3 of the 5 AD plants.Coached plant managers and directors through integration of teams and interdepartmental development as required.Developed the feeding plan and managed the relationships and feedstock contracts of all relevant third parties from ‘start-up’ to operational business within 5 years. Managed 5 major contracts worth £1.5m and spot market customers worth £750,000, which included local authorities (Essex, Hampshire, Isle of Wight), supermarkets (Sainsburys, Coop, Aldi) and waste management companies (Biffa, Shanks, Sita Veolia).Created reciprocal commercial arrangements with competitors (Agrivert, Biogen, Barkip, Ferbrook Bio) in order to safeguard and prevent profit loss.Led, managed and coordinated the delivery of over 100,000 tonnes of organic food waste per annum.

Led and managed a team of military staff and civil servants to collaborate with private industry contractors to deliver the soft FM Sodexo contract of £9m to maintain approx. 3,500 soldiers in barracks across London.Led and managed the delivery of the hard FM budget of £4m alongside Interserve.Created a joint approach using the major stakeholders MOD, HQ Army, Army regiments, Sodexo and Interserve to streamline process, create economies of scale to generate more working capital which delivered more effect for soldier’s accommodation and recreational facilities.Managed the change programme for 50 civil servants to reduce headcount and merge two organisations into one (2010/11).Lectured at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst to late entry officers’ courses.Set the conditions to build an Anaerobic Digestion plant on the military estate to save energy costs.

Coached, prepared, and instructed eight syndicates per annum. Each syndicate was 10 Canadian officers.Facilitated Canadian officers’ syndicates training in war fighting tactics both in webinar and residential phases. Stress tested the training during field exercises and wrote confidential reports on each student that had career and promotional consequences.Created a templated teaching methodology which better explained differing yet similar military tactical operations, enabling officers to better relate to their leadership role.Introduced into the course syllabus a training slot for Canadian warfighting veterans to share their leadership experience(s). This prepared officers about to deploy to Afghanistan by enhancing and encouraging best leadership practice.

Stress tested armoured field training for the school of armour at the Kuwait military college.Monitored training for a Kuwaiti armoured brigade of 3000 personnel.Provided feedback to Kuwaiti commanders on all armoured training.Deployed on all exercises and established an excellent rapport across all levels of command including the Kuwaiti school of military training.Coached Kuwaiti officers prior to attending UK military courses.Established and ran a systems approach to training (SAT) course for Kuwaiti military instructors across all capability functions at the Kuwaiti military college.
