I have had the pleasure of gaining and contributing over 35 years management and leadership experience in the voluntary and community sector within the area of social justice through the advice sector. To be able to get up each day and come into work and be part of a team in the sector that makes such a positive impact to peoples lives is all the motivation needed to continue work in this field. I love to meet new people along the way, build lasting relationships, help to innovate, develop, shape and sustain essential frontline services and I hope I am continually learning along the way. An advocate of good governance and building a well run organisation i can also say that I am really enjoying my appointment as CEO of Advice Space which commenced at the end of July 2023 having departed from my former role in Housing Rights after a brilliant 20 years as part of that wonderful team!
