I have been in branded hospitality now for 23 years, working for some of the most prestigious brands in the biggest companies.Currently with Greene King in the Farmhouse Inns brand as a General Manager, I also fulfill the region ER and Training Manager role.I have excellent people and interpersonal skills and I have become very adept at change management. I have a democratic, charismatic approach to managing my teams returning class leading engagement scores.I am a driven individual with a passion for progression both personally and for my team. I am currently completing a level 4 NVQ in hospitality management to underline my existing skill set. I am actively seeking a new more senior challenging role in hospitality or leisure sectors.
