The ales are all unfiltered and unpasteurised and are required to age in the bottle allowing the beer to develop additional complexity and character. We like to call it slow beer!

I was co-founder and director of Red61 which is a world leading ticketing software and service provider delivering solutions for festivals, venues, and agencies ranging in scale from single venues to multiple city-wide and national networks. Red61 currently supplies and supports some of the most complex box-office requirements including for example the Edinburgh Festival Fringe that annually runs a temporary ticketing network handling 35000 separate performances in 300 venues across the city for the 4 weeks of the festival.I was instrumental in designing and building the core ticketing engine, the comprehensive API used by third party subscribers, as well as a multitude of hardware and software integrations that provide flexibility for clients with a very diverse range of requirements and skill levels.Key achievements included designing the core product as well as building the technical teams that have made Red61 a leading competitor in the industry.
