I am a family man, hopelessly in love with my partner and our combined children, dedicated to my job i am goal orientated and will never rest until I have created an enviroment where i am not required in my position. i believe that to manage your way to a point where your position is essentially obsolete is the ultimate goal. I am a fixer and i believe I can resolve any problem relating to my job and I will work tirelessly to do so. After discovering through my other half the value of people in industry that care as well as being skilled in their field I now believe the sky to be the limit of those that put their heart into their job and prioritise honesty and servive in all they do. Leading by example, never fearing to get one's hands dirty and never forgetting that your loved ones are the most important things in this life is something to be revered and much sought after in my mind and often overlooked in the world of business. I hope and pray to bring this philosophy to all i do in business and beyond.
