As a Licensed Marriage and Family I have worked in all aspects of Residential addiction treatment including Case Management, Primary Therapist, Admissions Counselor and Utilization Review. While at Cal Lutheran as a therapist I have worked with adolescents, couples, and families. Over the past 5 years, I have served a population diverse in ethnicity, gender, age, and sexual orientation. Working with individuals families and couples dealing with addiction has been the most rewarding and difficult work. I am passionate about helping families and individuals to reach their maximum potential. In both my business career and as a therapist, I have developed a creative ability to solve complex problems.
