Other essential duties include, but are not limited to:• Acts as the primary point of contact for MTS Bus for requesting, reviewing and providing results for on-board Apollo camera system video/audio data.• Responsible for all video requests and base-level viewing in order to process reports and complaints from start to finish from all sources, including: Safety, Security, Law Enforcement, Customer Service (CRC), Training and Management.• Identifies and analyzes safe driving data from the Apollo system and recommends drivers for re-training and/or progressive discipline to management when necessary.• Ensures complaints are followed up on with complete resolutions, are tracked and closed out promptly with CRC staff to ensure proper classifications and effective communication back to customers.• Works directly with CRC staff to clarify information provided by customers and requests driver-related reports for top complaint generators.• Coordinates and recommends ghost ride checks, skills review and on-board evaluations for drivers who are identified as unsafe or not customer friendly.• Works directly with the Division Managers, the Manager of T&C and the Manager of Field Supervision to identify and fix service quality issues identified by video, management and/or customer feedback.• Assists training department with service quality reviews and coordinating specific driver training where necessary Show less

Confirms that the license plate clean and readable and that the bike rack is secured.· Assists disabled passengers by operating the wheelchair lift and moving those passengers to the wheelchair location on the bus. May assist in buckling restraints onto wheelchair. · Ensures bikes are properly secured on the bus racks. · Uses public address system to inform passengers of schedule information, delays, American with Disabilities stops, rules, etc. · Returns bus on schedule to bus yard and turns over all pertinent information to the next driver. · Performs pre-departure inspection, including but not limited to, picking up paper debris from floor/seats and taking any left items to the appropriate location. · Performs other duties as assigned.
