The role included contract negotiations, single asset, and portfolio modeling, through to preparing information memorandum for fundraising purposes. In this role, Peter was the face of the organisation at a National level. He added $155 million in assets under management (AUM) taking Westbridge/Mair to $282 million AUM over 4 years, doubling the size of the company.
