I am a proven Servant Leader with a Master degree in Business Administration from Texas A & M Commerce, a Bachelor degree in Business Management from Texas A & M Corpus Christi and a degree in Social Work (enhancing my ability to listen and counsel employees). I am self-made Real Estate Investor with experience negotiating contracts, and delegating responsibilities to a property manager, maintenance crew and legal counsel. I purchase properties with closings in less than 30 days. In addition to my accomplishments, my partner and I have had the honor of fostering children in a therapeutic setting, providing us with numerous hours of therapeutic parental training.I am also proud to serve on the board of directors for Neighborhood Learning Centers.
