At Teledyne LeCroy I am responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process. This includes sourcing/screening resumes, interviewing qualified candidates, working with hiring managers to finalize job duties, facilitating interviews and hiring discussions, and driving the offer process. I also develop and maintain documentation outlining our recruiting and onboarding process and conduct exit interviews. Some of my commonly filled roles are Hardware Engineers , Software Engineers, Logic Design Engineers, Application Engineers, and Sales Engineers.

At AIS I am the recruiter responsible for all technical roles. I’m involved in the creation and approval of the job description. I conduct the sourcing, screening, and submitting of candidates. I schedule, oversee, and help prepare my candidates for interviews. I insure that fair hiring practices are followed throughout the entire process.
