That's how hard I work.• Support for technical issues such as functionality testing, defect call outs, recommendation on functionality improvements for IVY application and portal.• Prepare technical and communication documents for support team for application IVY Apk releases etc.• Manage device set up for deployments and new users after deployments.• Responsible for the hardware maintenance of all GGBL SFA related hardware Equipment such as printers & PDA’s.• Support hands-on practical and theoretical training of SFA system user’s i.e. GGBL and KD users such as Sales team and Back Office team. • Manage all DBS employee’s engagement activities for the market. • Provide system support by both on site and remotely for Diageo employees and third party Users i.e. KD users on SFA.
