Current• Reduce the overall IT budget by ~50% by bringing all IT support in-house and terminating all third-party MSP agreements.• Achieved an additional $250K yearly savings by negotiating external partner/vendor contracts.• Integrate new clinics into IT infrastructure and established strong customer relationships.• Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all IT projects related to onboarding new clinics and building out new locations.• Provide mentorship, coaching, and leadership to the team to ensure our customers receive excellent service in order to meet/exceed the SLAs.• Implemented Inception Fertility’s first MDM policy. Rolled out through Microsoft Intune to 1500 plus devices nationwide.• Coordinate and oversee all EMR software upgrades and other software upgrades across 70 plus clinics.• Facilitated effort to standardize all phone systems, EMR software, printers, etc. across all existing clinic locations and company headquarters to unify all IT platforms which streamlined the help desk’s ability to provide resolutions, simplified new employee onboarding procedures, and reduced training time.• Set up weekly reporting to keep upper management informed of all IT-related issues and the teams' progress.• Audited reports to improve our processes and ensure we were staying ahead of any chronic or recurring IT issues.
