Manage all aspects of the "Wind Farm Project" in Lynn Indiana, 345kV line that runs for ten miles between the two substations and taps off to a local utility company. One hundred wind mills feed the subs with 34.5kV voltage and stepping up the voltage to 345kV, which taps into local utility company line to support the transmission system. Also, installing two OPGW communication fiber optic cables to manage all communication between two substations. Manage all substation and line construction to reinforce the much needed electric support for the grid. Supervise contracted companies working on the substation and line side of the project, to make sure all tasks get done to strict customer and engineering specifications driven by a given contract. Supervising all work and safety issues on daily basis. Working with a closely monitored time and budget driven deadline, despite many environmental obstacles that are encounter throughout the the project. Closely manage deliveries of all material for the project and manage the number of workers assigned for any given task.
