Peter Miles has over 25 years of increasing responsibilities at Cloverdale Paint from Branch Operations to Training and Development then on to technical projects development and implementation. He is a hands-on, customer oriented manager with strong capabilities in implementing technical solutions to improve system efficiency in POS, Inventory Systems, Colour Matching Instruments and other equipment used in the branches.Peter has facilitated systems transitions for recently acquired companies (Guertin , Serif) as well as new and / or relocated branches. He has developed training and rolled-out training programs to branch employees and most recently became a Certified Franklin Covey trainer for the 5 Choices for Extraordinary Productivity.
