* Customer focus on major corporate, HP / DELL etc. Travelled to Singapore, India, South Africa, Europe, Australia and NZ for contract negotiations, business set up, management systems, audits and related issues. * Responsible for people, plant and processes in 11 yards spanning 5 countries, 180 employees* Set up / relocate / acquisitions of new business units – selection of warehousing, plant, people, logistics, contracts, services, stock etc. * Set up operating systems, determine plant and equipment required, review operating systems, standardise processes, monthly reporting on targets, set KPI’s and production targets, ensure maintenance on plant and equipment carried out* Overview Safety, ISO, assist HR functions, etc. Working in a tough economic market we were able to lift in all divisions productivity, intake, throughput, halve accident rates, and lift the standard of our staff * Logistics – review processes, assess systems and contractors* Review the feasibility of a project AUD5-6 million, multi business unit projects.

• Produce a Capital Request outlining process, budget and payback.• Designing, installing, and commissioning a £6 million R&D plant to refine waste stream from a shredding process that was going to landfill. • All aspects to meet EU CDM project management requirements, EU safety standards, CE Marking etc. • Produce training for operators, and spare part selection, systems etc. • While in the UK became involved in maintenance, operations, other installation projects, mobile and fixed plant, evaluation of plant and projects, evaluation of new businesses, assist with maintenance procedures, dealt with contractors and staff, and mentoring cadets.

Thailand

• As a consultant for a local scrap recycling company assisted in their start up of mothballed plant. • Act as liaison with customers – expand base • Mentor staff – Set goals and targets• Set up systems and maintenance procedures, raise productivity, company knowledge and professionalism, training staff, safety systems, evaluating machinery, ordering spares, carry out overhauls, purchase new equipment.• P+L
