• Acting as a customer advocate specifically in resolution of network outages within US territory• Coordination several AT&T organizations (repair, sales, provisioning) in order to identify and resolve issues promptly and accommodate customer’s requests• Escalation point of contact to minimize or remove roadblocks for Maintenance activities for the Wholesale customers• Holding monthly stewardship report meetings with customers to review the maintenance performance

Duties & Responsibilities: • Managing and coordinating delivery and implementation of VPN`s service solutions for customer`s in EMEA region• Had a special assignment of supporting the Sony Electronics customer• Ensuring that all necessary products and services are in place to the agreed project plan• Assisting in handling escalations, inquires, complaints and troubleshooting in order to resolve issues• Communicating formally and informally to organization leadership, project teams and client/customer groups• Coordinating all work activities across all internal supplier organizations• Owned regular communication with customers and status reviews with the AT&T Service, Account &Global Project Managers• Support escalations for both – internal and customer facing issues and assist in any troubleshooting
