Deployed across the UK (G8 Summit Scotland & 2011 London Riots).Critical Incident & PACE Inspector with responsibility for medical & mental health contracts in Custody.Completed 2 Short Term Secondments with HMICFRS on PEEL Inspections & Crime Reviews. Created Custody Improvement Plan for the issues highlighted on Cheshires Inspection. Temporarily promoted to Ch. Inspector.Then Service Improvement Team responsible for Crime Reviews/ systems testing. Presented Command Teams with evidence of my findings regarding non-compliance or improvements i.e. vulnerability/ problem solving.Last year of service centred on the pandemic & tasked with the Constabulary’s response to the crisis keeping both our communities & staff safe. Updated them on ever changing legislation & guidance. Responsible for standardising Risk Assessments for all Police buildings. Managed potential outbreaks, liaised closely with the relevant local authority, offered mitigation if present & implemented any advice or guidance.Represented Cheshire Locally, Regionally & Nationally in multi-agency meetings for the crisis, setting expectations & assisting where necessary. Inspector for Recovery.Retired December 2020 & project managed renovations to our home which involved quickly resolving unplanned works needed for drainage, electrics & removal of lead piping. May 2021 sought work whilst awaiting planning permission for the 2nd phase of renovations.My skills enabled me to undertake the role of Liaison Officer with GSA for DHSC in the Managed Quarantine Service. Proud to have played a small part in the ARAP scheme assisting those fleeing Afghanistan.August 2021 project managed the rear extension & kitchen renovations until January 2022.
