I also assist companies on a variety of other risk management and insurance matters, including issues related to self-insurance, captives and reinsurance. I also have an active ADR practice and frequently serve as an arbitrator and mediator in a wide array of civil litigation matters. I am licensed to practice law in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii.Specialties: Environmental law, Insurance Coverage Law, Risk Management, Reinsurance, Captives, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Insurance "Bad Faith" claims; Collaborative Practice in Appropriate Matters.
