As Executive Director since February 2020, I spearheaded the revitalisation of the VACCHO RTO. My focus was on enhancing its relevance by increasing student enrollments, delivering culturally tailored programs, fostering partnerships, and offering innovative support services to students in both regional and urban settings. I shifted the Educational team's focus towards a student-centric model, emphasising culturally sensitive wrap-around services within the team, resulting in a substantial boost in completion rates. In August 2023 & under my leadership, the VACCHO RTO was awarded the VICTORIAN Training Provider of the Year for Community Services, and award never previously received by VACCHO

VACCHO is the peak body for Aboriginal health in Victoria VACCHO is the centre of expertise, Aboriginal policy advice, Registered Training Organisation for Aboriginal community health needs, innovation and leadership in Aboriginal health.As the Commercial & Business Manager I provided strategic and innovative Commercial and Financial advise to VACCHO Board on investments to support the organisation's long term sustainability.I also undertook a number of key projects within Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations supporting their businesses and corporate service responsibilities.

TAFE Queensland Gold Coast (formally GCIT) delivers vocational training to in excess of 15,500 individual students across five campuses with a staff in excess of 600 employees.I provided strategic leadership within the Institute and was responsibility for the accuracy and integrity management and statutory financial reporting requirements, implemented effective financial controls and drove effective management of all treasury operations and significant capital projects. I provided leadership to the Finance, HR, Asset Infrastructure, IT and Planning and Governance (including Board reporting), and the strategic legal unit.
