I am a seasoned US Government civil servant with experience working International Relations, Foreign Affairs and Security Cooperation for the Department of Defense, primarily in Europe. My work involves politico-military analysis, coordination and enagement with military, state and federal officials.Before civil service, my background included work in the following disciplines: Logistics, Legal Services, Emergency Management and Military Affairs. I worked four years as a Logistics Management Specialist with the US Army serving both stateside and abroad. While transitioning out of the military, I worked part-time as both a Legal Assistant and an Emergency Medical Technician. I served eight years on active and reserve duty as a Soldier and Reserve Officer with both the Bundeswehr and the US Army. My military service included assignments as a staff and special skills officer in Germany, the Balkans and Afghanistan, actively supporting the Global War on Terrorism and other NATO missions (KFOR and ISAF).
