About Peter Modelhart
Kurzprofil Peter ModelhartDer 1968 in Salzburg geborene Österreicher trat nach einem Studium der Handelswissenschaften an der Universität in Wien im Mai 1994 in die Ford Motor Company (Austria) GmbH ein. Dort bekleidete er mehrere Positionen bevor er 1999 zum Direktor Marketing ernannt wurde und in 2000 zu Land Rover nach Deutschland als Vertriebsleiter Deutschland wechselte. Diese Position, später dann gemeinsam mit der Vertriebsverantwortung für Jaguar, führte er bis 2005 aus. Danach wurde er zum Geschäftsführer von Jaguar Land Rover in Österreich ernannt.Von August 2009 bis August 2017 war er Geschäftsführer der Jaguar Land Rover Deutschland GmbH mit Sitz in Schwalbach am Taunus.Im September 2017 wechselte er als COO und Geschäftsführer in die Pappas Holding GmbH mit Sitz in Salzburg. Seit 2018 ist er Vorstand im KSV1870.Mit Januar 2020 bekleidet er die Position des COO für die konzerneigenen Einzelhandelsaktivitäten der Volkswagen Group Retail Gesellschaften für Deutschland, Frankreich, Spanien und Portugal in der Porsche Holding GmbH.Im November 2020 geht Peter Modelhart nach Berlin als Sprecher der Geschäftsführung der Volkswagen Group Retail Deutschland.Peter Modelhart ist verheiratet, hat einen Sohn und lebt in in Berlin und Bischofshofen/Salzburg.
