River Place Lofts prominently marks the terminus of the newly constructed Freshwater Way at the western end of the Reed Street Yards development. Real Estate development company that is currently redeveloping the former PBI shipyard in Downtown Sturgeon Bay, Door County, Wisconsin. Overall development encompasses 15 acres and ten city blocks along 1500 feet of shore. Final plan included 70-80 residences, a 150 slip marina and approximately 50,000 square feet of commercial lease space.The marina, boatyard and several residential and commercial developments have been completed. The remaining property is being reevaluated so adjustments can be made to the overall master plan to meet the current market demand. 2022 will mark the beginning of the next phase of development.

Building 41 LLC owns a key piece of waterfront real estate known as the 'Reed Street Yards' located directly across the river from the Harley Davidson Museum in downtown Milwaukee. Our goal is to create a mixed-use urban office & technology park that also includes luxury residential properties.We acquired the property directly from the Chicago Milwaukee railroad back in 1999 and have kept it in inventory until approached by the City of Milwaukee back in 2009 with the concept of developing a water related business park. The site is now fully entitled and shovel ready. The first HQ building has been built for Zurn Industries and we recently completed the first residential building consisting of 86 units. A large portion of the property has been sold to an affiliate of Rite-Hite corporation which intends to relocate its world headquarters to the Reed Street Yards 2022.

Tiara-Pursuit Yacht Center was created by CenterPointe Yacht Sales in partnership with Yacht Works to represent Tiara yachts and Pursuit boats, both well respected brands in the boating industry.This partnership marked Centerpointe's entry to the yacht and boat sales. After two short years of successful yacht sales Tiara-Pursuit was dissolved and CenterPointe took on the sole responsibility of marketing Pursuit in Wisconsin and Illinois. Since 2012 CenterPointe has added a dozen dealerships to its line up. Real Estate development company that redeveloped and managed the former Pfister & Vogel Leather Company tannery in downtown Milwaukee now known as "The Tannery Urban Business & Living Center", a 400,000 square foot class B office complex encompassing a collection of six historic buildings in Walker's Point. The office portion of the Tannery were sold in late 2010. The former tannery site also includes a 5 acre riverfront parcel with 275,000 square feet of space in five additional historic buildings that will be redeveloped into residential apartments beginning in 2013. These buildings are owned by a separate entity and are being marketed under the name of 'River Place Lofts.'
