While working with Sheppard Moscow, Peter’s most satisfying moments typically came when, through acts of courage, openness and authenticity, clients experienced breakthough insights that were really important to them. What's more, this type of learning tended to inspire everyone involved.

In successfully delivering on the company-wide change programme targets, Peter’s approach to this role was based on having a clear strategy and the quality of the relationships that he developed with the Executive Directors, change managers, union officials and Government Department officials.
