key Responsibilities.* Build quality Agribusiness asset portfolio within assigned region.* Monitor & maintain portfolio quality within acceptable credit risk exposure.* Grow liability accounts as per the set retail targets.* Build and maintain an effective new sales pipeline in the agriculture sector.* Effectively market the Agribusiness products to new prospects to increase bank market share on both asset and liabilities.* Develop appropriate project concepts for agriculture sector.* Evaluate, monitor and coordinate project implementation on Agribusiness initiative.* Ensure preparation of comprehensive communication and support to Agribusiness products and services.* Undertake effective Agribusiness brand training to the business to increase product knowledge & uptake on the Agribusiness brand, as well as champion Agribusiness activation, promotion campaigns to achieve set targets.* Adhere to standard operating procedures, Anti-money laundering, credit policy, prudential guidelines, combating the financing of terrorism (CFT), and know your customer procedure to mitigate against losses, frauds, forgeries and regulatory penalties.
