- Management of the complete destruction of production plant, including the dismantling of all technologies and equipment, their transfer to other locations within Adient, the liquidation of the production and non-production premises, the transfer of the building to the owners based of their requirements within definded deadline- Activities related to the transfer and handover of production of spare parts for the US market to the UK plant in Burton- Managing of production of premium seats for Porsche Cayenne and VW Touareg in Just In Time system- Daily operation in 4 shift production (20 production shifts per week)- Manage 270 people including manufacturing, maintenance and production specialists- Fulfilling of production plans with focus on 100% delivery of parts based on customer orders- Fulfilling of internal targets to maximize production line efficiency- Planing of production line status based on customer´s production plans - Facility managementDuring this time we have never stopped the production at the customer even though the various complications, especially after key information, that we have lost our key project and the plant will be closed. At the same time, I have reached a smooth end in the production of individual projects as well as the handover of the building to the owners within defined deadline.

- General optimization of the production concept in Žilina plant in cooperation with the international team of manufacturing experts- Design and implementation of the automatic storage buffer called LBS for finished Škoda Octavia seats- Relocation of existing production of Seat Skoda Octavia into new production hall- New production line for seats VW Passat and VW Golf during summer shutdown ( 3 weeks)- New production line for seats Skoda Fabia during summer shutdown ( 2 weeks)- Design and implementation of complete production for Porsche Macan seats- Step-by-step implementation of various seat models for KIA vehicles into an existing production line
