The role was split between managing outsource and in-house projects and acting as a Scrum Master for software development for marine electronics products. My Project Management role involved:-• management of multiple projects simultaneously• management of third party software development• preparing and agreeing contractual terms• co-ordinating all in-house project technical activities, including IT and software development, requirements documentation, acceptance testing, product manuals• managing the integration of software components • driving projects to release using a Prince 2 based process• reporting and escalating to senior managementMy Scrum Master role involves:-• ensuring Product Backlog is prepared and updated• ensuring project Sprints run effectively, including daily scrums and sprint planning and retrospectives

Responsibilities included Strategic Project Management, Multi-country development organisation management, Continuous Process improvement and Quality, 3rd Party supplier management.
