With a small business such as this there is no option at blowing marketing budgets here there and everywhere which is why the marketing strategy has to be carefully thought through and monitored.*Web-Development - With the companies website having a huge over haul 3-4 years ago, it is my task to continue to keep the website up to date with new additions and developments that have occured. Recently the build of 5 brand new cottages has led to a freshening up period for the web-page. I am also in charge of developing the SEO of the companies website to continue to build the prevalence of the website on Google and other such search engines.*Site Maintenance - I am also in charge of all of the site maintenance that must be undertaken from dosing the swimming pool to developing new attractions, through to plumbing in appliances. Right up until planning approval in October and through the build and project management and completion in July 2012.*Assisted in the design aspect of all 5 holiday cottages.*Developed the pre-application that was entered prior to full planning application.*Consulted with tradesmen for quotes and development aspects to the build*Dealt with multiple tradesmen to keep project flowing without delay.The build was completed in July 2012 coming in under budget which was huge success to the business.

Level 3 Personal Training Qualification was obtained in 2010, also qualified in Spinning, Circuits, Gym Based Boxing and Nutrition.During this time I have managed the fitness capabilities of various clients from an age range of 17-70 becoming more experienced in the hands on nature of being a personal trainer. My experience has continued to develop through the running of a circuits based "Mummies" exercise class that was held every week. Also increasing my workload on the Spin Bikes taking up to 7 Spin classes a week on a small scale with only 3 bikes. Developing and implementing my own spinning CD's and classes and increasing my own portfolio of Spin Mixes.I have continued the progression of my Personal Training working with clients training for Half Marathons and other individual challenges.
