I am a hardworking professional of 5+ years who is interested in entering the nonprofit sector after having recently received my MA in Rhetoric, Writing, and Digital Studies, supplemented by a certificate in Public Health. I have developed strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset through my various professional experiences, that would be beneficial for any prospective employee to have before joining an organization: I have taught first-year writing courses at a university, helped draft grant proposals for a nonprofit's development endeavors, and even worked as a youth case manager for underfunded and underrepresented families on Native reservations.My current goal is to gain more work experience and exposure to the professional field, especially in areas related to my professional interests. I am eager to learn from and collaborate with others who share my values and curiosity.
